As an Italian boy growing up I used to have a saying, "I was like Baskin Robbins 31 flavors, I had a little flavor for everyone from the streets of El Monte to the beaches of Newport". I have taken this saying with me to every kitchen I have ever worked in since I was 15. I studied business at Cal State Fullerton and French culinary techniques from Oxnard college. ConFusion is our heart and the streets will be our canvas. I hope in the end we inspire people with our food just like food inspired us to follow our passion. I leave you with one last saying that I hope everyone can take to heart: "A recipe is like a road map, but it's up to each of us to choose our course!"
